We use primarily certified organic and fair trade ingredients. Chef Huascar Aquino obsesses over the details, because they are what impart a lasting luster to those memories.
Chef Huascar Aquino learned the art of pastry making at the internationally renowned French Culinary Institute in New York City. He has developed his artistic approach at places such as Landmarc and Four Seasons. Currently, he is Pastry Chef de Partie at the exclusive Essex House Hotel on Central Park South. Chef Aquino was born in the Dominican Republic, where he began his love affair with cooking at home and in the hotel industry. He designs pastries such as:
